Very fantastic blog, a few days ago i started a few yeasts like apple raisins, pear and quince. Yesterday i had my first result of the apple yeast, delicious The wife and kids and me offcourse eat the bread in a second. Today i made one out of pear and it's still hot so, but it smells great fruity.
