Retrodor by Viron



"Retrodor" is the famous baguette of boulangerie Viron.

I like its crumb.

I used to think this is one of the best baguettes.......but

In my opinion, this baguette's aroma is getting weak recently.

It used to have better aroma before..

I found a new product at frozen

food section at the supermarket.


This bread was individually packed.

Baked in  about 15minutes in the

oven.

fluffy and sweet.
