Community Building Sandwich

Last year, I planned catering for a reception party [theme:knowing others] with my friends.

This was one of the menus we came up with.

We asked a professional baker to make 
a loaf of long pain de mie sandwich bread
 and made it to a huge sandwich.

People who came to the party had to cut it
 with the long metal cutting blade, 
so they have to communicate to each other 
and conversation between them started quite naturally.
