Holeless Bagels

Bagels with no holes for sandwiches.
tomato yeast ferment and easy laomien(chinese style ferment) are used in the dough.
Laomien is traditionally made with flour and water but this time I added a tiny bit of yeast.

I baked a loaf looks like rustic with pain de mie dough.
