So I decided to make yeast water with it.
On the same day, a jar of marmalade was finished so I used it without washing it.

Now I am making preferment.

Playing with home-made yeast and dough. YEAST FREE BREAD BAKING. I'M ENJOYING BAKING WITH NO COMMERCIAL YEAST. Cultivating natural yeast from fresh fruits, dried fruits and etc.

hi, just found my way to your blog. your posts on wild-yeast water and baking with it are exactly what i was looking for! i've wanted to bake with wild yeast for a long while but didn't know how or if it was even possible without the scheduling of a sourdough.
