Boule: clementine yeast



holes are too big....

but the loaf smells very good and yummy so let's not care about it. :P

ran into your site,love it!! I am going to make yeast from my plums as soon as they are ready. I live in TX and it is hot. I would like to make without any commercial yeast. Can you direct me to a starter recipe. Ive done it before but moved cross country and now i have to start over(I moved back again). Would love tips etc.
