one big jar of

mix fruits yeast

I had several jars of mix fruit yeast water but I decided to make them into one.

Now this jar contains apple, apple skin, apple core, peach pits, dried prune, raisin and pear.

Have you ever tried making it with pineapple peels?
My grandma taught me to make vinegar with them, but now I'm thinking she may have taught me how to actually make yeast water!
If I take some of the unfiltered vinegar, would it help me quick-start a pineapple, or any other fruit, yeast water? Would ripe mango flesh work?

Never mind. I've continued reading and a woman named Akiko pointed out that pineapples are one of the fruits that can't be used to make bread.
Thanks for your post!
