

cornmeal 100g
oat bran 100g
bread flour 150g
water 150g
salt 1.2tsp
Mix everything in a bowl.
Knead well and let the dough rise for 3hours.
Devide the dough into 8 and let them rise for 1.5 hours.
Bake at 380F oven for 16-19 minutes.
