How do you make yogurt yeast? I've search the internet and can not find it... Thanks!
Hi, Wao...bakerb here...we spoke a few years ago (2008), mostly on thefreshloaf...I'm getting back into bread baking & my favorite thing was your wild yeast water...I've been using a fig & hibiscus yeast water with great results, but I'm interested in the yogurt yeast water you speak about, how do you make that?...I make kefir & yogurt, can you please share the technique?
