Vegan soft cookies

I had a surgery several days ago and have no energy to bake bread...

but, here, oatmeal cookies

Zen bakery's soft cookies lead me to come up with this recepi

Boule: clementine yeast

holes are too big....

but the loaf smells very good and yummy so let's not care about it. :P
