Ho Wao, how do you make tea yeast? Must you add sugar or honey to make the yeast grow? Black tea or green? Does it ferment the same time as fruit yeast?

Tea yeast is made with black tea leaf , water and sugar(honey).
Make sure you use dry tea leaf. You cannot make yeast water from once steeped (with hot water) leaf.
It might take little longer to get tea yeast depending on how much sugar you add.
