Sounds like more fermenting fun! Did you add sugar to tea leaves? Or fruit? Thanks for sharing, Wao.

Hi, Susan.
I added some honey.
1/2 teaspoon tea leaves

I even tried cucumber skin yeast...(smelled not good :p)
Wao, thank you very much for helping me learn about yeast-water. It was great fun making your rolls, and I will bake more soon. They were delicious.
