Hi, Susan.I added some honey.1/2 teaspoon tea leaves1/2 teaspoon honey200g waterNow I have 3 different yeast water jars but I used to have many!It was very fascinating when I just started having fun with fermentation 5 yeasr ago...I even tried cucumber skin yeast...(smelled not good :p)

Hi, WaoI am not sure if my earlier message reached you. Most interesting method. Have baked some breads already. I used a little commercial yeast after the preferment - I was chicken! Have you tried to bake Ciabatta? Any advice you can gi8ve me will be gratefully received. Thanks.Gabriel
