bread flour 280g
buckwheat flour 20g
salt 1tsp
agave syrup 1tbsp
water 180g
oil 1tbsp
knead dough well
1st rise 2 hours
punch down
2nd rise 3 hours
put the dough in a square pan
final rise 1.5 hours
bake for 30 minutes
