50-50 rye and whole wheat flour

Using Japanese natural yeast.

It fermented really well and fast.

The bread was more tender than I expected.

Curry flavored bread.

Toppings are boiled egg, broccoli, fried onion, cheese and pepper.

Tender and yummy (^_^)

It's time to eat Chinese tamales and watch dragon boat race in China and Taiwan.

I tried to make home made tamales.

I found this muffin in the island of Kauai, Hawaii.

I did not see anybody eating this huge "bread" aka. "muffin" ..wonder who eats this.

This soft and tender bread is made without any added sugar.

I used non-sugar soymilk instead of water.
