fruits yeast ferment (yeast water 60%:flour40%) 170g
oat bran 100g
bread flour 150g
Mix everything in a bowl.
Knead well and let the dough rise for 3hours.
Devide the dough into 8 and let them rise for 1.5 hours.
Bake at 380F oven for 16-19 minutes.

bread flour 200g
rye four 30g
canola oil 1.5tbsp
Let bread maker knead and rise for 1hour & 10minutes.
Punch down and let it rise for 30 minutes.
devide into 8 balls.
Final rise for about 1 hour at 30℃ room.
bake for 15minutes at 375F

WW flour, White bread flour, Rye flour
Mix fruits yeast ferment, salt, agave syrup
I made the dough little bit softer than regular bagel dough so I can obtain soft crumb.
I can only eat soft bread now (I have braces now.....)
