I forgot to take my camera with me from Japan so I have no pictures of bread, sigh...
Playing with home-made yeast and dough. YEAST FREE BREAD BAKING. I'M ENJOYING BAKING WITH NO COMMERCIAL YEAST. Cultivating natural yeast from fresh fruits, dried fruits and etc.

Tear shape rye bread (yogurt & apple mix yeast water)
I've been baking white bread for 3 days for my friends but what I like to eat is whole wheat and rye bread.So, I baked this tear shaped loaf.
Doesn't this look good?

Strawberry Carob Bagels (soy yogurt yeast)
Vegan carob chips and dried strawberries are in this bagels.There are so many different kinds of sweet bagels in Japan but not here in the
USA.
I've heard that people say 'sweet bagels are not bagels' but I like it so it's ok, right?
