tea leaf yeast

This yeast water smells fantastic!

I am using "the(tea) melange l'aduree" to make this tea yeast water.

Can't wait baking something sweet with this wonderful yeast!

  1. Sounds like more fermenting fun! Did you add sugar to tea leaves? Or fruit? Thanks for sharing, Wao.

I am not sure if my earlier message reached you. Most interesting method. Have baked some breads already. I used a little commercial yeast after the preferment - I was chicken! Have you tried to bake Ciabatta? Any advice you can gi8ve me will be gratefully received. Thanks.
